An 83-year-old woman presented with four days of acute neck, shoulder, and upper-back pain that interfered with sleep and daily comfort.
Clinical Presentation
The presentation included moderate pain, restricted cervical mobility, and diffuse tenderness across the neck and shoulder region.
Treatment Plan

Follow-Up
